This was a very nice good-size park with very nice workers. The park is well kept up. The sites are very long and plenty wide. Each site has an orange tree. The oranges were out of season, but there were very fragrant blossoms on the trees. The streets in the park are easy to maneuver for big rigs. There is also an area where you can wash your RV and it includes the hose. The Wi-Fi was free and worked well.

This is a pretty park with the man-made lake in the middle, the grass at the sites, the pretty hills surrounding the area and all the trees the park has added. The park is well kept up. The sites are paved with a patio and are ample size for a big rig. We used the pool and it was nice. The WI-FI was an extra fee and was very slow. There is no cable TV. My only disappointment was the casino no longer has the BBQ Buffet which we really enjoyed two years ago along with other reviewers.

This is a very ritzy park! The park is gated and has nice paved roads. There is a man-made lake in the middle. There is a golf course and the high price does include free golf for two each day which is nice for golfers. We were in one of the least expensive sites. The park is well kept up, the sites are level, paved, have a patio and grass. There are shrubs between each site. The back in sites are about 45 ft, so if you have a large Fifth Wheel, both your truck and Fifth Wheel will not fit. That was the only negative thing I found. Wi-Fi is free and worked well. Very nice park.

This is just a place to stay with power, water and electric. There are no extras such as restrooms, showers, WIFI or cable. We had planned on staying in the free casino parking, lot but it was so warm, we needed the air conditioner. It served its purpose. The sites are large and gravel. The price seemed a little high for the little provided. It was clean, but I didn't even see a dumpster to put your trash in.

This is a great park. We have stayed here before. It is always very clean and well kept up. The spaces are huge. I was surprised to see that they are no longer heating the swimming pool. I heard it was due to the cost. That was a shame as it is such a nice pool. I jumped in anyway, but it was ice cold. This park is still a bargin, but I'd pay another dollar to have a heated pool.

I like this park and it gives you a very open feeling although they have room for plenty of RVs. The streets are wide and paved, the sites are gravel with concrete patios. There is plenty of room between each site. They have two pools and they are clean and nice. The park is clean, the restaurant is pretty good and reasonably priced, and the laundry area is clean. On the negative side, the sites are not level, so we had to put boards on one side. Also, you have to pay for WIFI. You would think, for the high price, they could afford enough gravel to level the sites and give you WIFI free. We had some bad experiences with barking dogs and even had to complain. Nothing was done about the dogs, so every day we had to listen to them. The people had five dogs outside in a pen. The park needs to enforce their rules.

This was a very nice park. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 10 is because it doesn't have a lot of extras like a pool and activities that a 10 park would have. The spaces were very ample size with plenty of space between them. The sites were gravel with a concrete patio and table. Everything worked. The laundry room was clean and nice. The area is fairly protected from the wind that NM gets often. There was some dust when a vehicle would go too fast or the wind was really blowing since the main roads in the park are not paved.

This park leaves something to be desired. It is mainly a mobile home park that left a few spaces for RVs. The hook-ups are all in the back because it was designed for a mobile home. There are trees in the wrong places, so you can’t put your awning out and need to park carefully so you can put your slides out. The spaces are not level and need more gravel. They have a little bit of gravel left and the rest is dirt. They do have a concrete patio. Our site had a sewer smell part of the time. It seemed like it was strongest right when we were out on the patio in the afternoon. The RV sites are also close to the freeway, so there is quite a bit of road noise. The Wi-Fi is by a private company and you have to pay extra for it. Checking into the office is also a very slow process, you have to do it twice (once when you check in and again after you find your site). There was a line each time and it took about a half hour each time. We would not stay here again.

This is a very nice park. The sites are paved, level and spacious in both length and width. The majority of the spaces are pull-thru. The managers/owners are very nice. There is a short fence between each site. Would stay here again.

This park at first glance was disappointing in comparison to the website, but we had a great time and the place grew on you. I would come back. The sites were dead grass and dirt, not real level, and we needed an extension on our hose to get to the water hook up. However, on the positive side, the sites are large (both in length and width) and everything worked including the WIFI which is free. I feel the daily and weekly prices are high considering you don’t get a swimming pool or other fancy amenities like some parks at the same price; however, you are right on the Colorado River which probably would be nice in the warmer weather for water sports. What I did like about the park was the friendly people and the “no rule” atmosphere – everything was casual. The park is very quiet and gated for security. There is no road or train noise, just the sound of birds and nature. The restaurants in town are fun. They had plenty of washers and dryers and even clothes lines to hang your clothes out. There was a problem with a sewer smell in several areas. It seemed like management took care of it before we left. The restrooms were clean.

We stopped here for the night. The park was fairly new and clean. The spaces were paved and level. The WIFI worked when we first got there, but we weren't on it long before it quit on us and we could never get back on. Even though this park was nice, I would not pay $44 a night for so little again.

We stayed at this park for one night while traveling down I-5. It worked; however, for the price ($28.50 plus $3 extra for 50 amp) you sure did not get much. If we wanted to use the WI-FI, it would have been even more, so we didn't use it. I feel the price was very high for what the park had to offer. The spaces were not paved, they were just dirt and mud which made it messy to set up. The roads into the park were not paved either. The sites were pull-thru with plenty of length and width. We did not have to use any blocks to level the RV.

We made reservations several months prior to coming to Arizona and had to pay the full month's fee in advance. We were to arrive Jan 23. On Jan 9 my brother passed away and we had to call to cancel. The park would not refund any of our money nor give us a credit for another time, even considering the circumstances. WE DID NOT STAY.

This is a lovely fancy RV park located right off of the golf course. It is a gated resort. The spaces are huge! They are very long and very wide with a big concrete patio. Any size rig would fit. The bathrooms are very large and spotless. The clubhouse was nice. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season. The lawns are well maintained. The only negative was the WI-FI was slow.

This was a very nice park. The lawn were green and thick and the entire park was well maintained. We had a pull-through site which was gravel with grass on the sides. The back-ins have a concrete patio. All sites were ample size for big rigs. Paved wide roads. The restrooms were immaculate. The pool looked nice and we played shuffleboard. The mini-market was well stocked. RV Park attendant was real nice. We enjoyed our stay.

This actually was a nice RV park and I am sure in the summer it would be a great place to stay because of the nice sandy beach and the lake. The lower rating is because we had a pull-through site and it did not have any grass nor a patio, BBQ and cover as represented on the website. They had a trench dug along the side of our site for the cable TV they are putting in, so it was difficult to walk next to the Fifth Wheel. On the other side the brush was overgrown and very close to the Fifth Wheel. Most of the other sites looked better, but I do think they better watch the grounds maintenance or the park will go downhill. It is a lovely setting on Lake Roosevelt. The casino is very small. The WI-FI was slow. I would still recommend the park to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We stayed here one night and the park worked well. The sites are very long, plenty wide, and level. There is nothing fancy here and the Internet did not work, but it was clean and served its purpose. Good deal with Passport America membership.

This was a nice State Park with beautiful views of the mountains. Sites were level and roomy. There were no extra ammenities, but for the price, it was a nice place to stay.

This park is located inside the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. A contractor, Aramark, runs the campground and concessions. We were in Loop C and had a gorgeous view of Lake Powell and the surrounding rock formations. The campground appears fairly new and is terraced so everyone has a view. We had a pull-thru site which was plenty long and wide. The sites are also situated so you are not right next to anyone. The sites are paved and level. WI-FI is free. There is no cable TV. I would say this is the best visual park I have ever stayed in. I would love to come back.

This is a quiet park, the sites are plenty wide and long, gravel, and fairly level (had to use a board on one side to level). The bluffs surrounding the town are pretty. The owners are very nice. The bathrooms are clean. The park serves its purpose, but there aren't many extras such as laundry or pool. The WIFI only worked one-third of the time. There is no cable TV, but you can pick up a few local stations with your antenna.

We got a package deal for this RV park and the train ride to Grand Canyon, so I am not sure of the exact price per night, but it was a good deal. The park is fairly new, clean, paved, and level; however, it is basically a big parking lot. There is nothing scenic about it. The sites are wide enough, but still fairly close to your neighbor and there is no picnic table or patio. They did have W-IFI. The train ride was great.

Although this is mostly a 55+ mobile home/mfg home park, they do have some RV spots (as the case at most of the parks in this area). The office staff were very nice and gave us a good rate. Our rig was parked on gravel, but we had a large concrete patio on the door side and another concrete pad on the other side for our truck. The park was very quiet - no trains nor highway noise. Most of the residents are here for the winter, but we found them all friendly. The pool is very nice. If you are interested, there are many planned activities. The only downside is the WI-FI doesn't work well. There is no cable TV, but we could pick up the local stations with an antenna. The Superstition Mountains and Apache Trail are nearby and beautiful.

We stayed here close to 3 weeks, and felt it was a great RV Park. This park is very well maintained and a lovely spot. The park is up on a ridge looking out over the valley with hills all around you. As soon as a RV leaves the park, the staff come and grade the gravel and clean up the site for the next person. The grounds are landscaped nicely, the pool and hot tub are huge and clean, they have a nice club house and "a barn" where there is entertainment. There are a lot of planned activities. Our site was good size (gravel) with plenty of room on both sides to set up chairs and park your vehicle. I would highly recommend this park and it is a great bargin with a Passport America membership. The WIFI works very well, but there is an additional fee for that service.

When you pull into this park, the entire front of the park is mobile homes. The RVs park in the back of the park in gravel. The spaces are fairly tight. Our slide almost touched our neighbor's slide. There were no patios or tables on the entire side where our RV was parked, some sites on the other side had a table and/or patio. There is nothing scenic about the RV park, you are just crowded in and parked in a line. We did have free WI-FI and 50 amp service. We used the pool and it was nice - nothing fancy. I wish Northern Tucson had more nice RV Parks to pick from.

We stayed at this park for a week. The managers were very nice. Our site was level and very wide. We parked our Fifth Wheel on the gravel and had a concrete patio on one side and a concrete pad for our truck on the other. There were well established trees and the park was well maintained. We also used the pool and hot tub which was very nice, clean and heated. We got free WIFI. The only down side was we were parked near the road and it was noisy and not very scenic. We should have got a spot in the back of the park. There are a number of mobile homes in the park. Although there were a lot of pluses, we just didn't get that "resort" feeling, but not a bad place to stay for the price.

This is a very nice park. Needles is so dry and not very scenic, but this park has very nice landscaping, lots of palm trees, and has planted bushes between each site for privacy. At night they have flood lights on the palm trees which is pretty. The park is fairly new and very well kept up. They had free, working WIFI. There is no cable TV, but we got many stations with our antenna. I used the laundry room and it was very clean. The hosts were friendly and escorted you to your site. Many of the RVs are people here for the entire winter. They have a pool too, but I didn't see a hot tub. They do have a club house. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This is a very nice park. The sites are very level and there was plenty of room for our Fifth Wheel with three slides. Each site has a very nice picnic table. The park is terraced and well kept up. The roads within the park are wide and paved. There is free WIFI and cable TV. The person who checked us in was very friendly. Although the park is fairly close to the freeway, it sits back far enough that you don't hear the noise. There is a swimming pool, but it was too cold to use it.

This is a very nice park. It is very clean, the sites are long and wide. We have a pull-thru spot. It was very level. The workers here were very nice too. I didn't use the laundry room or restrooms. It is a little spendy, but a nice park. They gave us free WIFI for the first 24 hours.

We stayed here to go to Grand Canyon about one hour away. The place was nothing to shout about, not real fancy, but the WIFI worked, the cable worked and it had full hook-up. The sites are gravel and there are no patios. The owners are very nice and extremely helpful in helping you make site-seeing arrangements. They offer free breakfast, but again, it is nothing to shout about.

The sites were gravel, but level. We stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay. The laundry room was inside the office and you had to put your laundry in before 4:00 PM which can be a little inconvenient. We thought the place was high priced for not being all that fancy or having extra amenities, but we didn't have any complaints either. Pool was not open (April). Sites had plenty of room.

This was a very clean park, it had paved level sites, but the roads inside the park were very narrow. The owners mentioned that the side of their building had been wiped out several times. We had plenty of room for both our Fifth Wheel and truck in our pull-thru site, but the people next to us had a site with less room and I am surprised their vehicle didn't get hit because of the tight arrangements. Not a lot of extra amenities, no cable TV, but worked as a spot for one night.

This is a pretty park, very green with a lot of trees. The spaces are ample size with a number of pull-thrus. The restrooms need some remodeling. I feel if the parks are going to start charging $26 per night, they need to improve their amenities. Their restrooms should be remodeled and improved and WIFI should be offered. They are getting up there with the RV Park rates.

This is a very nice park and very clean, one of the cleanest parks I have seen. There are many retirees here that spend the winter. The sites are gravel and could be a little more level, but they are ample size. It is close to Safeway and the post office. The WIFI costs extra, but it works well. The only negative is the trains go by very often, it seems like every half hour, and blow their horns several times. This is very irritating at night.

This was a very nice, clean park, good location, long paved spaces with a patio, very clean restrooms and laundry and free WIFI that works!! They had garbage pick up every morning at your site. They have a new casino across the highway with shuttle service. Would definitely stay again. Convenient to get to Sedona, Montezuma Castle, etc.

This is a very nice, large park. Camping World is next door. There is a restaurant there that has pretty good food and great desserts. There are two swimming pools and hot tubs (pool was a little dirty), an exercise room, large laundry rooms, a small convenience store, and free WIFI and cable. Our patio came with a table and four chairs. There was plenty of room for our truck and the Fifth Wheel. Security comes around very often. I would have rated it a ten, but I was upset when I paid because their website said the daily rates for pull thrus was $37 + tax. With the Good Sam discount that would have been $33.30 a night. When we paid they said it was $38.25 a night with Good Sam discount plus taxes meaning it had gone up a lot - like $10 more a night than I expected! With tax the rate was $43.36 a night. She claimed they had changed their rates. I told her their website that day still showed the lower rate and she acted surprised.

When you drive in, you feel like you are at a Five Star Resort. There is a beautiful office with big stairs going up to it, palm trees and lots of RVs. There are two gorgeous swimming pools, hot tub, an 18-hole putting course and an exercise room. Everything seemed very clean. We had a pull-thru site and it was level. Security came around the park often. They had entertainment one night by the pool. On the down side, I feel their website and ads are misleading. They claim they have WIFI and shuttle service to the strip. They don't tell you that even with the high cost per night to stay there, it still costs $6 per day for the WIFI and the trolley service to the Strip costs $13 for the day. Their brochure said the trolley starts at 9:30, the guy didn't come until 10:30 and it was noon before we got down to the middle of the Strip. They also don't give change on the trolley, so he got $15 from us. In addition, it was very noisy there. They were doing a lot of construction nearby and it went on day and night. You could also hear the traffic and the planes from the nearby airport.

This is a new park. Most of the RVers here own their site. Many of them have built garage/storage rooms on their sites. They all match. They are beige stucco with tile roofs. The RV park is very well kept. There are a few park models, but it all matches well. They pick up garbage every day in front of your site. If you don't own your site, your site is gravel. It is plenty wide and long. They have a nice club house, clean pool, hot tub and a putting course. The WIFI was free. You do feel a little "left out" because you are not a resident.

The park had very level, gravel, pull-thru spots. The site was long enough to leave the truck hooked up to the Fifth Wheel. We had full hook-up. The laundry room was nice. There aren't a lot of luxury items, but we stayed here for one night and it served the purpose. You can't beat the price. It is close to the Shell Gas Station and a large convenience store. There is a restaurant next door too.

This is a pretty RV Park with a man-made lake right in the middle. The RV sites are all around the lake. It is a beautiful setting. The casino is on the edge of the RV Park. The food at the casino was very reasonable and good, especially BBQ night! The casino itself was smoky. We were disappointed that there was not WIFI at the sites, you have to take your laptop down to the office area to connect and it does not always work well. Additionally, the cable TV did not work. We were able to get local stations with our antenna. It makes me mad when a place doesn't have all of the things they advertise working and yet they charge you the full price. The bathroom sinks and stools were clean, but the floors need a better cleaning. The laundry room was fine, but nothing fancy. I would go back, especially if they get the WIFI fixed, because I did like the surroundings and the good deals on the meals.

The park has very level spaces, paved with a small grassy or rock area between them. There are pine trees around the area, but you can see the hills very well. The casino is within walking distance. There is also a Jack 'n Box, a small store and a fuel station. They gave us a coupon for a two for one dinner and Tuesdays and Wednesdays it is two for one - so we had numerous good dinner deals at the casino. The food wasn't anything to brag about, but it wasn't bad. The WIFI costs $5.99 per night. The park seemed fairly new and clean. The gal in the office was very nice. We did not use the pool as it was very cold outside.

We have camped at this park for years and love it. There are so many things to do such as hiking, walking on the beach, and visiting the museums. The city bus comes right to the park and will take you to historical downtown Port Townsend and makes regular trips back. In the winter, the water is turned off; otherwise, there is water hook-up. The views are breath-taking of the Olympic Mountains, the water and the lighthouse. It can get windy there since they are right off the Strait of Juan de Fuca, but that is part of the ambediance.

We enjoyed staying at this park, the owners were very nice and it appeared it was one of the nicest in the Long Beach area. There was a major windstorm when we were there and we still kept our power, cable TV and internet connection which is something to smile about. The sites are fairly close to each other, but the sites are level and have good drainage. Nothing real fancy, but a good place to stay.

We have stayed here a couple of times. The fall leaves were pretty. It is a well-established park with lots of trees and paved level sites. It is a good location for visiting Leavenworth, Wenatchee and Cashmere, nothing fancy, but well kept up. There is a train close, but it didn't bother us.

This park has a pretty setting and is convenient when visiting Winthrop. The owners seemed very nice. The laundry facilities were nice. On the other hand, the WIFI did not work and they purposly had us stay close to the office so we could get the WIFI. The road going in is a little dirty and dusty.

This is a very nice park and there is a number of things to do in the area. The sites are large and level. The scenery is great. There are mountain views, water views and the cutest lighthouse. We have camped here for years, previously in a camper. We have lost power here several times in the winter (it can be windy), but our latest visit was fine. There are many hiking trails, nice beaches, lots of history, and museums. The city bus comes through every hour and you can take it into town for a minimal charge. Port Townsend is a very interesting town.
